Our core programs & services

We offer a range of specialized services tailored to meet the unique needs of underserved LGBTQ+ individuals, justice-involved individuals, and those experiencing housing instability. Our approach is focused on understanding and responding to what you require, providing effective and practical solutions.

Transitional housing (the other side)

A structured, supportive living environment that helps individuals rebuild stability, develop life skills, and transition into independent living.

Food & basic needs support

We provide hot meals, food assistance, hygiene kits, and essential items to individuals experiencing hardship.

Clothing bank

Access to free clothing for individuals in need, helping restore dignity and support day-to-day living and job readiness.

Building stability, fostering community

OTR (Over the Rainbow) is dedicated to creating a safe and affirming space where individuals can access the resources and support they need to rebuild their lives. Our programs are designed with compassion and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by our community.

Life support & mentorship

One-on-one guidance, peer support, and accountability from individuals with lived experience who understand the challenges of rebuilding.

Community outreach & resource navigation

We actively engage with the community through outreach events, connecting individuals to critical resources such as employment support, healthcare, and social services.

Health & wellness support (developing)

Plans to offer STD/STI testing and wellness resources to support overall health and prevention.
